HuangJinGe (scientific name: Epipremnum aureum), a large evergreen vine belonging to the genus Unicorn leaves, grows in tropical areas and often climbs and grows on the rocks and trunk of rain forest. It has strong entanglement and developed air roots, and can be cultivated in hydroponic culture.

 

The petiole on the mature branch is stout, 30-40 cm long, the base is slightly enlarged, the upper joint is 2.5-3 cm long and slightly plump, the abdomen is covered with wide grooves, the leaf sheath is long, the leaf blade is thin leathery and emerald green, usually (especially the leaf surface) has most irregular pure yellow patches, entire, unequal side oval or oval oblong, the apex is short and acuminate, the base is deep heart-shaped, slightly thick, and the two sides are slightly raised.
